About Us

Dr Thomas Flanagan

Dr Tom Flanagan Dentist

Dr Thomas Flanagan graduated as a pharmacist in 2007 from Monash University. He practiced for 7 years in his native Victoria and then Western Australia until 2014 when he graduated from the University of Western Australia with First Class honours in Dentistry.

Tom has a strong commitment to providing a high standard of care to patients throughout all stages of life and developing lifelong partnerships with patients to keep their smiles healthy and attractive.

Tom has an interest in a broad range of services offered in general practice including minimally invasive dentistry, crown and bridgework, and in the management of periodontal disease. Tom is committed to continually developing his knowledge and skills through attendance of dental courses and professional study groups.

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys travelling with his partner, listen to/playing music, and cooking and tasting delicious food. Coming from a family of 2 vets, Tom is a passionate animal lover and is enjoying the challenge of training their rescue dog, Vinnie.

 

Dr Colin Bennett

Dr Colin Bennett graduated from the University of WA and spent periods in both academic and private practice in Australia, in the UK and USA. He has been both President and Secretary of the Australian Prosthodontic Society and a member of Australian Osseo integration Society and Australian Endodontic Society. He is a Past ADA councillor and a member of the Peer Reviews Committees He has held the several academic positions including:

On the weekends Dr Bennett enjoys playing golf, spending quality time with his family and staying at his Witchcliffe farm.

 

Dr Sally McMullen

Dr Sally McMullen graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2009 with honours. Since graduating, Sally has dedicated herself to the pursuit of excellence in dentistry. She has attended an extensive and broad range of professional development courses in the fields of aesthetic dentistry, periodontal therapy, endodontic (root canal) therapy, implant dentistry and paediatric dentistry. Sally has completed training for, and is a provider of Invisalign, a popular alternative to braces.

Sally is a general dentist with a particular interest in minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry, crown and bridge restorations, paediatric dentistry and caring for patients with dental phobias. Sally grew up in Geraldton and learned to love the art and science of dentistry from a young age; Sally’s father is a dentist as is her sister. Sally was a boarder at Methodist Ladies’ College in Claremont.

In 2012 Sally married her husband David and took a three-month honeymoon travelling throughout Europe. Sally and David love to travel both abroad and in the countryside where they take their camper trailer on any weekend they can.

 

Dr Sean Chia

Dr Chia graduated with honours from the University of Western Australia in 2011, receiving faculty prizes for being the highest scoring graduate in both theory and clinical practice. He has also received awards in periodontics, preventive dentistry, anatomy and general pathology.

Sean enjoys and excels at the many facets of dentistry and prides himself on treating all patients in a gentle, caring and compassionate manner. His caring approach has made him our go to dentist for our paediatric patients.

Away from dentistry, Sean enjoys spending time with his family (including four younger brothers), playing the piano, and travelling with his friends. He leads an active lifestyle, plays club hockey and competes in regular triathlons
